Open Call












 Call for Artists from Harvey Mudd College (Deadline: October 30, 2022) 



Sprague Gallery is pleased to announce an open call for artists. All students, faculty, and staff of Harvey Mudd College are welcome to apply.

Selected artists will meet and work with the curator. Viewers entrance may be limited following up-to-date Covid guidelines by Harvey Mudd College. If the course of the pandemic at any point does not permit on-site installation, exhibitions may be postponed or hosted online.

To apply, email to jlhong@g.hmc.edu by October 30, 2022 the following requirements:

1. Up to five images and/or links
2. Statement about the submitted works and/or your artistic practice
3. Bio in one or two sentences including college, year, and major – or department and position if faculty and staff

Please note that all open calls are curated and submission does not guarantee exhibition opportunity. Selection notification will be made in December 2022.





 Call for Works from the Makerspace, Harvey Mudd College – Submissions accepted all year round 



Sprague Gallery is pleased to announce a call for works made in the HMC Makerspace.

Works of all disciplines are welcome. An exhibition can be a meaningful exercise for all as it may provide an opportunity for critique and dialogue beyond disciplinary boundaries.

Selected artists and participants will meet and work with the curator. Viewers entrance may be limited following up-to-date Covid guidelines by Harvey Mudd College. If the course of the pandemic at any point does not permit on-site installation, exhibitions may be postponed or hosted online.
